Boyfriend in a car crash

I had a dream where i was running towards a car crash scene where the car was turned upside down while i was carrying a baby. When i got there... There were lots of people, paramedics, firefighter... And when i look at the driver.. I saw my boyfriend looked badly injured with one of his hand trying to reach for me as i was running towards him. Whats does this dream means?
