Confused

I had a dream i was at my boyfriends house and me him and his sister were sitting in the living room and his mom and grandma(which is deceased) walked out of the room and his grandma seemed as though she was not dead and and she had on a pink house dress and she looked at me and smiled then some kind of way i ended up home and his mom called me and asked me was i pregnant and i said no and she said are u sure and i said i think so then i woke up?????
