Dreamed I was Pregnant with Premature Baby

Well I had a dream that I gave birth to a premature baby, and my boyfriends parents knew, but my parents had no idea! I was living with my boyfriend and the baby was beautiful, everything was good, until I woke up I felt like I was pregnant. Does any one know what the dream was?
