Dreamed of giving birth to five children

I am 56 years old and dreamed last night that I gave birth to five children. As you can see from my age, that happening is not a reality. What does it mean to give birth to multiple children. In the dream I was very happy and felt that I would have no problem taking care of all these children with just one nanny. Also, everyone in my dream was commenting on how easily I had dropped my baby weight after birth.
