Ex boyfriend dreams

Over the past few weeks I,ve been dreaming a lot about my ex boyfriend we haven't been in touch for a few months and suddenly I'm dreaming about him. First dream we argued (well I shouted at him) about his current girlfriend being pregnant (she's not as far as I know), the second I met him and another friend outside they're work and went for a drink with them and the last one was my ex stripping down to a pair of very strange and funny underwear whilst his girlfriend was in the toilet. Can anyone help me work out what these mean?
