Ex Boyfriend

I keep (almost every night) having dreams of my most recent ex. We dated for about a month (I know. Not long at all) And it started off great at first, but then out of nowhere he ignored me completely. Didn't answer my calls, texts, nothing. And for some reason i have at least one dream about him a night. One of us intimately talking. On of him looking under the hood of my car (he's a mechanic and i work in the same place as him.) And it's a different scenario every night for about the last week. What does that mean when i keep dreaming of him?!?!
