Having a baby

I dreamt that i was in a hospital bed but in my bedroom and I was hooked up to all the machines they have in the hospital for having a baby. And I got down off the bed and the baby came out and i caught it. Then I sat on the floor and held him. I was alone too. No one was there with me. At the time I had this dream I was pregnant and I knew I was having a girl. But in my dream I had a boy. Can someone tell me what this dream could have meant?
