Missing him apparently

I don't remember it all that well, but my ex mickey who i haven't spoken to in like a year popped up in my dream and i was ecstatic to see him and we hung out all day then he said that he needed to go and i was screaming and crying for him not to as i was being woken by my alarm clock and when i woke up my face was wet with tears. I'm not sure what that means, maybe that i really do miss him and that i need to get in touch with him again and that he means more to me than i think.
