Prayer for a Friend in Pain

I would like to request prayer for a dear friend who lost her boyfriend of 3 years in a car accident. Death brings the kind of pain that only an individual and his or her God can understand and heal. It pains me that there is no tangible thing that I can do to help her through this pain.
