Prayer Request for Getting a Happy Marriage Life

My friend who says he loves me so much ,drinks and smokes alot,when he drinks he abuses me verbally , my parents hate him because of his aggression and behavior. he keeps hurting me .I do love him but he never shows any appreciation for anything I do for him .Please prayer for him to change and stop hurting me.
