Prayer Request - Help!

Please help me..I cheated on my husband. I can never tell him but I want to be free off it. I feel so bad for it. There is guilt that is in my stomach at all times. i love my husband very very much...i dont know why i did it...i think because i was just lonely..but it wont happen again! just please pray for me! help me to get over this...please take the quilt away...
