Ripped from my heart

I had a dream (nightmare) last night that I had a baby and even before they let me out of the hospital horrible things kept happening. My baby got left alone on a bed for like 3 hrs, and I thought it had stopped breathing, but didnt. and then i went to go pick him up and someone had ripped through his stomache and killed him, he was literally empty inside. I woke up crying around 7am and feel like crying still even though its almost noon.
