Scared That My Cancer Has Returned

I had cancer back in 2006 on my tongue and had part of my tongue removed. Then in 2007 they found cancer in my neck. I had surgery to remove the cancer and went through Chemo and Radiation at the same time. I was very sick. I have recovered and I am back to work full time. I follow up with my doctors every three months and have catscans every six months. Well I found a sore on my tongue. Not sure what it is. It is sensitive. Just so happened to have a dentist appointment and showed it to him. I had a broken tooth on the same side. He filed the tooth down. He felt it was an irritation/trauma to my tongue from the tooth. This Monday, 2/1/10 I have an appointment with my ENT (Regular Appointment) and I am so scared. I am so afraid he is going to tell me my cancer is back. I still have the sore although I think It has gotten smaller. Please pray for me that it is just an irritation that is taking a long time to heal and that it is not my cancer back. I am a mother of two teenagers who need their Mom now in their life more than anything. I have a husband and he is very supportive. Please pray for me.
