The exhaustion and depleted energy...

For me who for most of my life seemed to have tons of energy, the last year or two have resulted in a feeling of depletion, exhaustion. Great effort on my part to increase my energy enough to make it through my earthly journey. I am imagining there may be a time soon where I will choose more the vegetarian food and the removal of toxins (coffee, sugar & my beloved wine), but I have not found myself ready to let go...I send up prayers for the release of my addiction to needing to ADD to who I am just to make it through...the illusion seems too real. My love to us all as we move into, step into our joy and bliss! BRING IT ON, I say...and so it is.

Exhaustion

Yes Deb, exhaustion and I are on intimate terms. It seems to be an evolving experience having to do with energy drain of various activities on the body. When one's body responds differently than the bodies around you do, one must listen to the body's needs, whether it is because of needs of the light-body, or because of dis-ease. Always learning to pay attention to the needs of the unique body...

Thank you for sharing...I feel lighter and have kinder feelings towards self just knowing I am not so weird and that there are others out there who understand what I feel...allowing myself to BE and not TRYING/DOING is an upside down thing for me and family/others do not seem to understand my path and I find sometimes when I listen I let the fear in..you strengthen me...thank you both...and dear Mashubi, I do believe a cleanse is in order soon...:-)

Just know your not alone on this one. I used to have much more energy a few years ago. Now, I find it hard to do daily things sometimes. Exhaustion, depleted, apathy. I drink wine too and find it impossible right now to give that up.

De-densifying the body

Hello dearest Deb! Yes, it is amazing how many of us are experiencing these deep, deep levels of exhaustion as our bodies transform. I find it hard to imagine that at one time I lived in the city, commuted an hour and a half each way to work via subway and busses, worked out at a health club every morning at 6am, worked a full day at a job with a caseload of 125 clients, and several evenings a week attended some kind of spiritual gathering. There's no way I can do that now! When my physical body started losing it's density, which is the resonance with 'regular' third dimensional reality, it seemed to take more and more energy to sustain myself in the '3D' environments and in close proximity to other people. Rest, lots of water, and having our own sanctuary space that resonates with our own energy can help to recharge and revitalize.

You may find yourself feeling more energized by doing a gentle herbal cleanse. At the right time, this can be a great relief to the body. Only you will know when your body craves this kind of release. Doran and I have been doing a cleanse this spring and it has helped us both. My body feels much clearer and has purged a lot of energetic and physical baggage. Initially I felt even more deeply exhausted but now I am feeling the new life that comes from deeply letting go of old energies. There are other ways as well to cleanse the body also that can help bring in more light. Wishing you much love!
