deliverence from sick feeling

Hi thanks for praying. My request is, a pastor came against me some years ago with verbal abuse. recently i sent an email on face book. explaining my past hurt from him. when i did that, Mother got sick and is still sick from it. and i recently sent another email, stating i was forgiving them.since i sent that prayer, now i have a sick feeling in my stomach. Please pray for me and my mother that we are both released from this sick feeling in our stomachs. Thank you for yours prayers God bless, regards Will
