Right side Pain

What is right side Pain about my whole righ side is i Pain as well My shoulder has had surgery and my neck hips feet etc all on my rightside what is the spirtiual connection is my question my life is upside down as well Seperation job instability finiacial troubles etc Weird must be some connection to our spirit in some fashion any clues anyone.
